HBOETH's piston accumulators consist of a cylinder with a finely processed interior, with screwed-in cover on the gas and fluid side and a piston with special sealing systems. The free-moving piston is a separation element between a compressible gas cushion and the operating fluid.
Highlem's piston accumulators cover 0.25~200 liters, nomial pressure 35MPa and max flow rate up to 5400 liter per minites. Working pressure of the high pressure pistom accumulators is up to140 MPa.
Accumulator shell materials are available with carbon steel, alloy steel, SS, lightweight materials.
Bladder Accumulators
Bladder accumulators consist of a welded or forged pressure vessel, the bladder and the fittings for the gas- and media-side connection.

Nominal volume: 0.04 ~16.5 gal stantard accumulators, or 2.5~16.5 gal large flows , for ASME code; 0.6L ~ 54L standard accumulators for PED; 0.4 ~ 200L with 10 ~35MPa for chinese GB.
Permissible operating pressure: up to 1,000 bar,
Compatible materials with media for the elastomer: NBR, EPDM, Viton, FKM (FPM), etc,
Accumulator shell materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, composite materials and alloy steel,
and flange or screw thread connections.
If your working temperature is higher than 130 ºC, or below -20ºC, or required corrosion resistance, recommend to select Highlem's Metal bellow accumulators.
